Charnetta Nsengiyukuri is the founder of REI Ministries and nonprofit organization: RestoreHer. EmpowerHer. IgniteHer. Charnetta is a wife, evangelist, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community trailblazer.

Charnetta is a native of Allport Arkansas where she was raised in church.
In her years as a young adult, she attended church at The Worship Center in North Little Rock, AR where she was taught and trained in the lifestyle of holiness and biblical teachings.
R.E.I. Ministries was birthed through her life’s experiences. Charnetta believes that the power of Prayer, The Holy Spirit and spiritual discipline can transform anyone's life. REI Ministries was designed to bring SPIRITUAL Restoration and SPIRITUAL DELIVERANCE to the world. This multicultural non-profit organization was designed to uplift, embrace and bring healing to people around the world.
